Our team of experts will perform a confidential review of your current program, reviewing your company’s RP 1162 compliance activities, quality control procedures, methods for identifying & communicating with shareholders and reinforcing corporate image, as well as  opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 

• Complete program planning and implementation
Our services are totally turnkey, from mapping of your pipelines, identifying stakeholder groups and the educational material needed for each group, design and printing of mailers, post program evaluation, and complete documentation and reporting.

• Stakeholder identification
We use specialized GIS technology to identify the affected public & key stakeholders along your pipeline, such as residents & tenants,  farmers and ranchers, businesses, public officials, public safety agencies, excavators and contractors, real estate developers, emergency responders, as well as high-consequence areas covering groups like schools, day care centers, churches and hospitals.

• Address extraction
In compiling addresses we utilize an extensive group of databases, from the United States Postal Service, business listings, farm directories, to public service and  civic group listings, etc.  All data is cross-referenced and verified.  Also, as part of our process, we are diligent about including only those current addresses within your buffer zone –  and not outside of it – so you don’t waste your money on non-targeted stakeholder mailings.

• Brochure design and printing
Based on your direction, we will design and write your brochure to your specifications, with bilingual versions available, then print them at a cost well below average industry rates.

Ensuring U.S. Postal Service compliance, your mail pieces will be sorted and mailed at the lowest available postage.

• Compliance documentation
We provide complete documentation materials covering your entire public awareness program.   Our compliance documentation is audit time tested having conducted over 300 large scale annual Public Awareness Programs.   We can track and document all of your public awareness program efforts, producing reports to support agency inquiries.  Our Services cover and include all of the applicable API RP 1162 Baseline and Supplemental activities that should be part of your Public Awareness Program.
